Macaroons Baby!

What did you get for Valentines? Let me guess...flowers, chocolate, dinner, a diamond? I congratulate you! You made it and I'm so happy for you.

Let's be real though, love comes in all shapes and sizes. Hence, for a while now my Mother and I have celebrated it aka Mother Daughter Day or Galentines. She gifted me with my favourite Macaroons from M&S and I ordered a cream tea. You can imagine we were a bit sick of all the sugar and sweetness by the end of the day.

But let's rewind and focus our attention on those M&S macaroons for an extra few minutes. If you know me I'm macaroon mad and I can't recommend these ones enough. Unfortunately I haven't tasted any from France but there is a cafe in Edinburgh that makes beautiful ones and I would encourage you to try those for yourself some time in the future. However, Raspberry, chocolate and Vanilla flavoured treats with a delicious gooey centre from M&S are the next best thing. They look great and taste even better, making for the perfect cake decoration or simply on a pretty plate on any table.

Personally, you can't go wrong with these ones and nothing says I love you more than Macaroons! Whether it be Valentines, Birthdays, Christmas, or a random act of love, these will have you covered. So try them out for yourself and let me know what you think.
