So far, I have been a bit quiet on the beauty front, so I thought I would rectify that and share some of my favourite beauty products. I admit, I have expensive taste but at the end of the day you do not have to spend loads to have amazing cosmetics. On the other hand, I prefer quality over quantity so I stick to makeup and skin care products that I believe are truly worth my money and I know that I love.

Skin Care

1) I call water, my 5 a day and sleep my 3 in 1, mainly because if all else fails these 3 alone make the most difference to how I look and feel. Personally, I really do think 'true beauty comes from within' and the truth behind the phrase 'I must get my beauty sleep' rings true...sometimes we need to strip it back to basics.

2) H&B Vitamin C + Hyaluronic Acid - Brightening and Restore Serum is 100% natural and my go-to skin care product. I affectionally call this my Fairy God-Mother for its antioxidant properties. It targets dryness as well as blemishes and helps me achieve healthy looking and radiant skin with little to no effort.

3) Organic Coconut oil is quiet literally heaven in a jar, not just for its dreamy scent but for its healing properties. I use this on cuts and grazes, as a moisturiser and as a sustainable alternative to makeup remover. I would honestly add this to any beauty survival kit.

MAKEUP

4) OMBRE PREMIÈRE LONGWEAR CREAM EYESHADOW should be a staple in any luxury makeup bag. It is my all-time favourite eyeshadow purely because it is easy to apply, long lasting with a natural but shimmery finish. While the price makes me cringe a little, I do think you get what you pay for - quality!

5) If Chanel eyeshadows are to die for, then it's no surprise the lipsticks are drop dead gorgeous! Rouge Coco Mademoiselle, is a beautiful buildable shade of red that is perfect for daytime or a dinner date. I love, love, love its creamy, hydrating and silky qualities. Now Bob Marley said 'the most beautiful curve on a woman's body is her smile' and in response to that I say all the more reason to wear a good lipstick ;)

So there you have it. I have kept it pretty simply but if you want a proper look inside my makeup bag and the extra products I use, then stay tuned on my YouTube channel. Until then have a blessed and beautiful week
